Was John Galt right? Is man the rational? At times it is surely hard to believe. This blog is an attempt at putting forth a rational view of the world; the issues, the problems, and what is to be done about them. It is far from comprehensive, but hopefully informative. But according to the farseeing Ms. Munshi "the Iraqis have not forgotten. They have lived this chapter before. Only it was better then, last year." Obviously because she was there last year. If only lines of communications could be opened, everything would be better!
Now I do believe communication is a necessity and something that has been poorly done during portions of the campaign diplomacy without enforcement is impotent. It is sad that it is far too easy to pass off biased assumptions as on the ground facts.
